The Carry-Viewer 4 (CV4) is the latest rugged lightweight hand-held receiver from BMS. The CV4 is a complete auto-sensing 2-way diversity COFDM microwave receiver with built in HD display. The CV4 will receive live H.264 or MPEG2 video with meta-data from any aircraft, UAV, or wireless camera using a COFDM transmitter.

This advanced hand-held receiver employs a high resolution 7 in. color display and an intuitive touch-screen menus for easy operation. Power is provided by a compact internal Li-Ion battery or via external source. Video record and playback are standard and controlled via the touch screen. The CV4 will also provide video out via HDMI or IP streaming. The system is secure and supports AES decryption.

The Carry-Viewer 4 ships as a complete kit with antennas, charger, AC adapter, and user guide in a fitted hard-shell case.

The xDR2000 two-way diversity receiver is the smallest form factor receiver in the xDR Receiver Series.

The unit automatically configures COFDM and decoder parameters for the received signals and supports resolutions from 480i to 1080i/60, the in both MPEG2 and H.264 compression, all with the broadcast video quality and very low latency required for live production applications. With HDMI, CVBS, SDI, and HD-SDI outputs, the system will work directly with a wide range of monitors and DVRs.

The xDR2000 comes ready to use as a stand-alone unit capable of operating from DC power or via a universal AC transformer. A 19†rack mount kit with AC power supply is also available. The receiver has dual UHF inputs and can be used with transmitters operating in bands from 1.3 to 7.6 GHz with appropriate BMS block-down converters.
